Iron ore is one of the core commodities of Minmetals, Inc. From 2003 to 2013, the Company traded 10 million tons of iron ore. The Company seeks sustainable iron ore supplies with competitive prices in North and South America in line with China Minmetals’ development strategy and stable growth of the Chinese economy and steel industry. The Company provides iron ore products such as U.S. fines (64% Fe), Canadian coarse fines (62% Fe), Wabush pellets （65% Fe）, and Mexican lump (63-66% Fe）.
